Every time you purchase something, your final price is rarely the listed (or published) price that attracted you to that item in the first place! By the time your transaction is complete, you have paid more (sometimes a lot more) for your purchase. There seems to be a never-ending array of charges designed to separate you from your money. Some of these charges include:
Sales taxes – federal, provincial or state, regional, municipal and the list goes on
Delivery – shipping, packaging, handling, insurance, fuel surcharges
Minimum charges – order value, purchase quantity, transaction surcharges (debit / credit card charges)
It’s enough to drive one crazy!
We know. We are consumers too, and we feel the same way. However, we are business owners as well, and we want to treat our customers the way we would want to be treated by others. That is why we have developed an all-inclusive price policy. Very simply:

anywhere in North America!
This includes all Canadian provinces and territories, and all American states except Hawaii.
This is best illustrated with an example.
Our price for 1 bandana is $10.00 Cdn. No matter where you live on the continent of North America, that is your final price for 1 bandana delivered to your door. Pricing drops as quantities ordered increase. For example, 3 bandanas cost $25 Cdn delivered to your door. 10 Bandanas are just $7.50 Cdn each delivered to your door, wether it be Alaska, Newfoundland, California, Nebraska, Saskatchewan or anywhere else, as long as the address is on the North American continent. Please note that we will ship you a single bandana. Many of our competitors won't ship you a single bandana, because it does not meet their minimum purchase requirements. If one bandana is what you need, then we'll be happy to send it to you.

Note: One possible exception to our "all-inclusive" pricing policy, could be American customers who order large quantities of bandanas. These orders may be seen as commercial orders and subject to customs duties and/or customs brokerage charges. To try and avoid these charges on your behalf, we will ship quantities (up to 2 dozen bandanas) in separate envelopes, spaced 3 or 4 days apart. This does not guarantee that these charges will be avoided.
International Orders (outside of the North American continent)
Because most international orders are for small quantities, we can use 'Other Letter-Post' to ship small quantities anywhere in the world. Other Letter-Post is a fixed charge service, allowing us to calculate fairly accurately what our mailing cost would be.
When proceeding through the checkout process, the surcharge will automatically be added to your invoice as a separate line item. If you do not see this surcharge, email us to see if other restrictions may apply. In most cases, we will be able to include your country in the automatic billing process.
For international orders, it is very difficult to obtain an accurate delivery time. Wherever possible, we will pass on any delivery date given to us.
